No, we have a quetsionaire that you will fill out when you submit a work order, at that time it will ask if you would like to present or if we can go in alone.

Yes, we have onsite maintenance 5 days a week.

You will submit a work order online through your resident portal. We should be out to repair within 24 hours.

We have an emergency maintenace technitian available after office hours. You will contact the number provided at move in for emregncy maintenace and let them know you need assitance.

Yes, we have first come first serve open parking throughout the community.

Our community offers a clubhouse, theater, pool, grilling and firepit area off the pool deck, business center, arcade area and a fitness center

The pool and pool area are open daily 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Yes, we allow up to two pets.

The apartment homes come with all appliances; washer and dryer, stove/oven, dishwasher, refridgerator and sink disposal

We do not on site but we have a company we work with, Cort furniture, that can help with furnishing.

Pending the full application submitted, a copy of your id and income verification you should expect an approval within 24 hours

We require all payments to be submited through your online portal; this allows for options of credit cards or bank accounts to use as form of payment.

You are required to show personal liability of $100,000.00; you are welcome to use your own or we offer a poplicy for $12.95 a month

We exclusively use At&t for all internet and cable use

We offer an early temrination policy, you can contact the leasing office to get more specifics if this is an option you need to use.

Besides cable and internet the leasing office will set up your water and electric accounts.

All utilites are separate from rent; you will have a water bill, ekectric bill and then whatever internet/cable package you choose.

There is public transporation located less than a mile from the property.

Our community is located directly off Roberts Rd in Hilliard. There is highway access just a mile from Roberts Rd if you are coming from outside of Hilliard are.
